Hello and welcome to my website!

My name is James and I am an experienced mental health nurse, based in the West Midlands and working full-time within the NHS for 26 years.

For the last eight years I have been working as a psychotherapist, working within a specialist NHS Secondary Mental Health Care service and also within an NHS Primary Care Mental Health Talking Therapies (IAPT) service.

I also work as a private psychotherapist, currently offering therapy through a range of remote video conferencing platforms including FaceTime, Skype, VSee and WhatsApp.

The service will be directly contracted between you and me, and costs of sessions/services are available on request.
